What are the payment options at the Berber Lodge ?

Classic Reservation (up to 3 lodges, not including shooting or privatization)
The invoice is to be paid on site when checking out, no fees on credit cards except American Express (+3%)
Payment cash possible: Guests benefit of a 10% discount on the room price.
For other requests: a pro-forma invoice is sent to the client: 50% upon booking and 50% two months prior to arrival

When is my booking considered as confirmed ?

You will receive an immediate confirmation from our booking engine and a separate email from us.

What are the Cancellation Policies ?

Cancelation is Free up to a month before your arrival.

50% deposit is non-refundable for cancelation within and month and 14 days before your arrival.

The total price of the reservation will be charged for cancellation made 14 days prior to arrival.

Can I eat at the Berber Lodge ?

We serve every day a unique menu. We ask our clients their preference or intolerance.

Up to 10 pax per day are welcomed from outside from Lunch, No children are allowed.

Do children stay for free ?

Childrens are accepted from 5 years old in the family lodge (up to two childrens ) one can eventually sleep in the Main room extra sofa . (One double bed and two single in extra room )
In deluxe three people can stay childrens are accepted from 5 years old . (ONe double bed and one single bed )

In other rooms from 12 years old

What are the languages spoken in the Berber Lodge ?

French English and little Spanish and Arabic

What is the touristic tax in Morocco ?

3 euros per day per pers
